3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or site conditions discovered during installation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A deposit may be required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless alternative payment terms are agreed upon in writing. All prices are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise specified.

5. Project Timeline

We aim for an average turnaround of 5–7 business days. Timelines may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Warranty

All installations come with a workmanship warranty. The warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roaa Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may cancel your order at any time before materials have been cut or fabrication has started. In this case, any deposit paid will be refunded in full within 14 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Fabrication

Once materials have been cut or custom fabrication has begun, cancellations are subject to a fee covering the cost of materials already used and labor performed. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Defective Work

If installed glass or workmanship is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective work at no additional cost. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.

4. Customer-Caused Damage

Refunds are not available for damage caused by the customer, third parties, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or natural events after installation is complete.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after approval.
